This is a record of events since Mike died a month ago.
I am acting as the defacto executor of Mikes estate because there are zero assets and massive debts from him lingering in the ICU for two months. The executor normally gets paid by the estate but there are zero assets so I am doing the work with no pay.
The family invaded as expected but just looted the place until I locked them out. I changed the locks to both protect the assets for the IRS and to protect myself from being blamed for things removed. For example, Mikes friend Dave basically stole Mikes leased vehicle but returned it last tuesday. I begged the Chevy dealer to tow Mikes car out of the driveway but the dealership guys told me to piss off but then the car was gone later that day. I assume someone with a brain at Fox Chevy figured out I was right. Another example is Mike Junior stole my iPod and the safe key (safe emptied by Nuzzos) and he refuses to return key or iPod so I secured all doors against them stealing any more of my stuff or the estate property.
Another example was the postal delivery, which someone interrupted, likely Mikes brother. I complained that I needed the bills in order to pay them as this is my residence and I need heat, lights and water and Internet. A few days ago Mikes mail resumed delivery and I am throwing it in a pile for whomever.
Darlene the Ex sucked up a $600 check for mike, which she likely used to stimulate her bank account. She took the Dog for the dogs welfare. I fed and cared for Coco for two months but Coco loved Darlene. they deserve each other.
I removed the wretched carpet from the front room in order to inspect the floor below the dog-urine soaked carpet which was stinking up the house. Hours of work and $35 fee for disposal at the dump. Likewise I removed the area rugs to protect the floors. The area rugs can likely be rehabilitated.
The chemicals for Mikes business are estate assets but are subject to aging so I told Dave to use the chemicals but to keep track of what he took. I also asked Dave to return the iPad he took, which is estate property. No sign of it yet. Dave wanted me to allow him to take the refrigerator from the garage but I told him too late, it is estate property.
I have paid the electric and water bills to date. I likely need to contact Spectrum to switch service.
My plans are to repair the deck, mow the lawn, and do other repairs around the house until the court acts. I intend to stay here until a judge tells me to leave.
8/21 I finally got a lawn mower machine so that I do not have to pay the service. I paid $200 and have been mowing it myself, at least the front lawn. I am letting the back get thicker for the rabbits.
I just got a $1088.60 National Grid bill, which saves me trouble hiring a lawyer. I will try to pay it tomorrow cash at Kinneys #51.
I need to see if I can get the old lawn mower working. Andy wanted his back. Cheaper than buying a new machine.
i also have to pay the water bill for 100.
